Installed a Polaris head unit to 04 Grande, all working ok, but !! I cannot start the engine. I have checked all fuses and none are blown. Has any one had the same problem? and is it a simple fix? Thanks

Re: Not Starting after Polaris Install?
Any luck with this black04?
Not being familiar with the polaris head unit, although i'm sure a few boys have installed them already, that they are fairly simple - ie no real loom or wiring changes required? So, my best guess would be that in the process of stripping down the dash/console to gain access there maybe something still disconnected? Or that there is a fuse somewhere still to be checked...
Have you verified all the fuses in both fuse blocks?2014 D4D 150 GXL Automatic - CHARCOAL

Re: Not Starting after Polaris Install?
Hi black04,
Having installed a polaris in my unit, from memory you don't have to change any wiring,
just remove the old unit and plug in the new. Did you remove the left hand side kick
panel and lower dash, can't remember if this was needed but if you did there are
a couple of engine modules attached to one of these so I would check they are plugged in.
As already mentioned check that you haven't missed a plug somewhere.
Cheers
