Re: ome vs bilstein
Another thing to consider is there are Bilsteins and then there is the Darren McRea Bilsteins that cost about $500 extra. Not really sure what he has done to them.Nick

Re: ome vs bilstein
If I had to replace my OME's I'd be looking at bilstein coilovers and new upper arms, ie, bigger lift :P
PS - How in the world did you end up with a TRD supercharger but no extractors??glen_ep - engineered, 4" lift, 33" 255/85R16, lockers, 4.88 ratios www.pradopoint.com.au/showthread.php?17237 www.youtube.com/user/glenep www.fb.com/groups/ToyotaPrado90

Re: ome vs bilstein
Hi,
I have billies and ridepro springs. 2yrs now no probs.
When i first got them fitted i found the recommended rear shocks far too soft. Probibly great for rock climbing but wowful on the road. It felt as if they couldnt control the springs over small dips in the road. The shop i got them off agreed after a test drive and replaced them with the recommended billie for the front of a 60 series cruiser. This was a great improvment and ive been happy since. The rear ridepro shocks fitted were for constant 150kg load.
