  • Dual battery install - Power steering reservoir location

A question going out to people with dual batteries in a petrol 120 prado.

I installed a kit and re-located the power steering reservoir as required. I have moved the reservoir around as far as i can so that now it touches what i think is the air con piping, but the reservoir still touches the battery.

I have attached a few pics, does anyone have this same issue? How have you done your reservoir relocation?

    Cheers,

    Will

Try looking through this thread. Others have added to Drew's install, showing their arrangement and relocation.

I used split automotive conduit (ducting) same as Chippy did, but I've got a Pirahna, so these are all in slight different locations. I did disconnect one hose and repositioned it out of the way a bit, not touching at all, I copied others ideas. I think this is what you're after.
    cheers
