  • About King Springs

    Hi ,
I m planing to change from the factory springs to King springs. For the moment I have no extra kilos on the front or the rear but I am planning to install a warn 9000 in the front and nothing on the rear. I want to gain at least 30 to 40 mm front and rear but I want that the car remain comfortable. King spring offer the KTFR-58 and the KTFR 58HD for front and KTRR 59 and KTRR 59HD for rear.
should I consider the 58HD and the 59HD as a must or the 58 and 59 will be ok??

Any experience on both setups would be very mutch appreciated...

    Please help

    Thx in advance

HD in the front if you fit winch and bar.
      MD in the rear.

Consider adding air bags to the rear coils if you are planning to carry loads or do extended touring.

        Re: About King Springs

        Thanks for the reply.

For the rear no dupt. the KTRR 59 is th right article for me. But for th front I have a small dupt.
For the moment my petrol 95 has no extra weight , and in the future(as already written) I will add a winch and thats all.
No more weight, no steel bars etc.
You continue to consider the HD (KTFR 58 HD) as a must or the normal ones are enough??

Any sugestion would be very much appreciated

With only a winch and cradle you will be fine with the medium duty springs. (IMO  )

              Re: About King Springs

              Thanks both for your replies

              My mesurments (Toyota springs) are

              Front 725mm
              Rear 755 mm

So after your help I think that I will go for

              FRONT KTFR 58
              REAR KTRR 59

I will post the new mesurments when I will fit the new Kings.
