I have an 05 TD GX Prado with the standard single CD player/stereo. My kids want to be able to plug in an iPod but this model doesnt have a jack on the front. I am wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram for this CD/stereo. I would particularly like to know if there is a auxiliary jack on the back that I can patch into for the iPod.

I am not particularly fussed if the song information doesnt come up on the screen. I just want to be able to get the music playing through the cars speakers

There is a few others but I didnt bother going thru them.

These guys are the Aussie agents for Vias Technology Advanced ICE (http://www.advancedice.com.au/). The soundlinq aloows input and control of the Ipod. You will have to check if your CD player suits, I know the double din stereo works with this system.

You also have the option of the FM transmitter for the ipod - $20 off ebay and I reckon it is brilliant, CD quality and can easily be moved between vehicles. Plus if you have a second car close enough behind they can also tune in!

Just my 2 cents worth
