  • Ride Pro Suspension

Well everyone after much thought and research and some budget trimming I have finally decided to install a ride pro suspension, medium springs with poly airs in the rear. Hopefully my choice is right. At the same time I am putting on Cooper ST's 245/75. Should be a big difference in the ride.

A question, to see how much lift I get where does everyone measure from?

Why all that? You can put 265/75R16 without any modifications...

It's only a RV so 245's are wide enough.

Yeah, wide enough (maybe), but not tall enough.

        How about 235/85 or 255/85?

        This is with 255/85R16:

Left one is with 265/75R16, right with 255/85R16:

          Pheonix,

I have had my ridepro lift in for a couple months now and I'm very happy with how it performs. Only difference is I have HD springs.

          KZJ90,

Those pictures you posted of the 90 with 255/85's on... do you know what other mods were made to fit them? Obviously a spring lift but how much?.. and any body lift?

          Cheers lads,

          Ben

I donīt know, I think only OME springs. Pics are from here: http://www.buschtaxi.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7449

I think front mud flaps have to take off and make some trimming at those points. Thatīs what I had to do when I got my 33x12.50.

              i have an RV6, and i have 265 *75 R16's

and i don't think i would go any bigger with out some spring work, i'd go for the 265's but if i were you mate, there are just viable outside the archa dn it looks sweet.

By the way, i love that short wheel base, job, i wish there were around in OZ, i'd get the missus one.

Nice job lads. The tires on the white car appear to be too close for comfort and the driver risks busting these tires if he/she was to hit a big bump, does not lok like there is a lot of room under there for any suspension travel.... Nice job though, looks tough and purposeful!
