Hi all, just wondering if anyone out there has a list of the fault codes for the 2007 D4D ECU, I will be getting a Scan gauge shortly & it would be great to be able to check the fault codes myself instead on taking it to a Toyota dealer & being charged a fortune for 30 seconds work :?:

Its a Toyota, been in for warranty repairs 3 times in last 4 months, so any minute I guess, mines a pig on fuel & Toyota have no idea, over the last 3 tanks of fuel it has gone from 10.3 litres per 100 k then 11.6 last tank 13.4 same driving conditions, same roads & no mods????? before then it used a steady 10.3

No mods? What about the list at the bottom of your post? I will try and get the codes soon. Will have them at work. Mines not D4D but still surprising to drive a stock one after driving mine and just how much more lively and lighter they feel. Don't realise how much difference all the mods make once you total them all up. I reckon I'd have an extre 200 kg on mine easy.
Please don't take offence to what i've put, just surprised if there is a problem with your car.

Hi Matt, it has suprised me as well with the problems, no offence taken.

what I ment about no mods, that the vehicle did not have any extra mods done over those last 3 tank fulls of fuel.

I havent weighed it yet but I got a huge suprise when I put my NP Pajero with a similar spec over a weigh bridge, went 2750kg with out camping gear etc, its amazing how quick the extra weight adds up

                Yetiboy,
I wonder if you are making adjustments for the 70 series tyres. I have to change my distance travelled by 5% to have an accurate number of kms to divide into the litres used. I know that this doesnt change your problem re increasing litres/100kms but it may make you feel alittle better about your fuel consumption overall. For me the 70 series tyres make it inaccurate by 1 litre/100 kms.

Great idea but I have had the 70 series tyres on for the last 6000klms, with the 70 series tyres the speedo is now showing the correct speed & distance acording to my GPS & now I'm not getting passed all the time sitting on 100k on the hwy
