Am looking to install a Dual battery system with one AGM style battery under bonnet (90amp hr) and would like to install a 2nd AGM aux battery (120 amp hr) in the rear cargo area. Has anyone attempted 2 aux batteries ? and if so what system and process was used.

Becareful with the interior installation due to the hydrogen that will be emitted from the battery when its charging. One spark & you may well see light sooner than anticipated!
